At SisakPhoto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SisakPhoto account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is unworn and unwashed.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
